How to Organize Fun Contests for Children in Small Rooms

Childhood is a carefree time! Although young students are already full of learning and varied circles, they still love games, games and other games. However, parents find it difficult to do at home because the apartment does not have enough space for outdoor activities. But experts say: Want to spend an unforgettable vacation? Organize outdoor games and fun games for kids. How are children’s games organized at home?

What should the Tips?

  • If everyone knows, the fun game for kids will be fun. Before the game, arrange a simple knowledge game, such as “Jump, sparrow jump”. Help the participants relax!
  • Arranging fun games for kids of the same age is easier and more fun.
  • Prepare more articles. Kids love to change clothes and become adventure heroes. They like to receive small gifts. Prepare the necessary equipment: clothing, masks, incentives, prices.
  • Consider the age. Small children organize simple games and provide clear and easy-to-understand tasks. Older children complicate the rules and show their intelligence and wisdom.
  • Don’t make the task too difficult: Too many problems can hinder people’s interest in other entertainment.
  • Remove the embarrassing game. You cannot join the game. If you lose, participants will feel stupid and helpless.
  • Lead multiple games without a clear winner. Prizes can be awarded to each participant. Especially suitable for organizing recommendations for early childhood competitions.
  • Create a script. List matches and give a brief description. Then you can easily navigate during the event.
  • Consider the size of the room. It is not necessary to keep outdoor games and active games in a small room. During the game it is best to move disruptive furniture, remove fragile objects and remove flower pots.

Funny Contests for School Kids:

In smaller rooms, fun games such as balls, familiar toys and music are easy to play for the younger ones. Entertain them with children ages seven to eight.

1.      Ball Fight

Two teams participated. The number of balloons that the player receives is the same (team ball – different colors). The room is divided into two halves. The team members occupied their territory. The music sounded and the kids started throwing the ball on the other side. The mission is not easy because the opponent must try to hit the ball! Once the music has stopped playing, the results are summarized. The team that throws more balls wins.

2.      White bears

The room became a “sea” and the participants became “small cubes”. I chose “polar bears”. The player runs and catches the “small pieces”. After someone had collected the “polar bear”, “the little bear” was in their hands. The trapped player is waiting for another “Little Bear” to be caught. They form a new pair of polar bears. Play continues until all children are trapped.

3.      Desired Color

The children danced with the music. The music stopped and the host shouted, “Find the red one!” Players need to find the red and touch on this topic. Who doesn’t have time – to travel. The moderator must mention different colors. A thought-provoking victory.

4.      Builders

You need sub-cubes the same size. Several teams can play. The opponents rose one by one in the bar. In addition, participants can carefully place their dice on top of each other. The biggest team in the tower won.

5.      Guess

2 people attended. If they have an eye for taste and smell, they try to guess the product. Prepare a set of the same products (jam, orange, banana, carrot, cabbage, cheese) for the player. The winner is one who smells and tastes more.

6.      Everybody is dancing!

The children form a double. After hearing the music, the couple dances and holds the ball. The owner of the balloon calls the owner (back, knee, priest, shoulder, head, leg). If the ball drops, the pair drops.

7.      Tightrope Walkers

Two teams participated. 2 ropes or long belts – “rope” is placed on the ground. The players tried to take the “rope” by holding the umbrella for the kids (complicate the game: invite the competitor to hold the book upside down or fill the tennis ball with the rocket). The most dedicated team wins.

Reward the participants. Children will become depressed when lost. In an attempt to avoid negative emotions, gifts will be offered to everyone present.

Games for Younger Students:

For older children, it is good to take part in fun contests that include game content. For smaller games you can play the following games for children aged 9 to 10 years.

1.      Greedy

The balloon is in the room, no son. For music, the kids pick up the ball and try to hold it. The child with the most balloons wins.

2.      Repeat the opposite

The program manager shows different actions. The task is to repeat them again. Eg. Raises the host’s hand, which means the children lower their hands. Anyone who makes a mistake will leave. The most obvious victory.

3.      Movers

The team faces the starting lineup. The team scored three goals. Bring him to the end of the room and turn him around. Holding three balls at a time is difficult and you have to move very carefully. The fastest team wins.

4.      Swamp

Each team needs 5 boxes. Imagine we’re trapped in an invincible swamp. You can only write by pushing the cardboard and sliding it over. After the distance, the player retrieves the sheets and then runs back to the next player. A rehabilitated child is considered a drowning. The team with the least loss got a “win”.

5.      Drag the enemy

Two match teams. The hall is divided into two halves, each team is half. Player’s mission: to train the opposing team participants for him. Suitable for children and fighting for the team in his area. Soon the children formed a large group on both sides.

6.      Painters

Invite the team to participate in creative assignments. Introduce yourself as an artist. Try drawing candy paper for candy from the candy factory. Use the name: “adventure”, “fantasy”, “baby”, “rainbow”. Limit tasks to a time interval.

7.      Birds in the Nest!

At the bottom, the circle represents the bird participant’s nest. Use iron rings, ropes and draw circles with chalk. The “nest” must be smaller than the “bird”. While playing music, the “birds” flew. When the music stopped, participants ran home. Remove latecomers who participated in the “nest.” The fastest competitor wins. Remember that the number of turns used is less than the number of balls.

8.      Try it, Pierce it!

The ball is attached to the player’s foot. The player’s mission is to protect others by pushing the ball out of the ball in any way. It is better to play edema. The winner is the player who registers the ball.

9.      The Wolf and the Seven Young Goats

In the middle of the room, specify the “hole” – the wolf’s house. Among the players, wolves are selected (there are countless). The rest of the participants are children. The child stands on one side of the room. When you hear the signal, go to the other side and skip the “hole”. The wolf will try to catch the child and not exceed the “pit” limit. The trapped child is removed from the game.

These are the indoor games for kids that can be played. Further, if you search for kids play area in Lahore, then you can find many of them but someone who can’t afford it or can’t go due to any reason can enjoy at home.
